Our focus and commitment to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (“JEDI”) strengthens us as an organization and enables us to better serve our customers and partners. Our capacity as a team is improved through disparate experiences and perspectives which deepens our knowledge base.

We lead with inclusion. Our leadership is committed to an environment that not only reflects the larger community we serve, we also welcome diversity of thought. We work toward building an inclusive culture that allows employees to bring their authentic selves to work while experiencing caring and support.

We achieve this by recruiting a diverse advisory board, management team, and workforce that is carefully recruited to encourage expressive dialogue, distinct talent, and inquisitiveness that is embraced as fundamental to a learning environment. To provide informed, authentic JEDI leadership, Consuli strives to:

  • Contribute as employers and employees to the communities we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity.

  • Pursue cultural competency throughout our organization by creating substantive learning opportunities and formal, transparent policies.

  • Practice supplier diversity with vendors.

  • Advocate for public and private-sector policy that promotes justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

  • Challenge systems and policies that create inequity, oppression and disparity.
